Project Based: wide portfolios, wide range of contexts from mentoring in the background to performance in the spotlight, - equally good at giving quiet and unobtrusive guidance to creating events under pressure
Passionate: about raising technical and creative standards, about exploring and sharing people’s own cultural traditions, about music making, about people taking part in learning, about respect for skill.
Missionary: Agitation, Education and Organisation about people’s ownership of skills, knowledge and heritage, about building communities and sustaining crafts
